Return period

You have a period of 15 days following receipt of your order to request an exchange or a refund if the product does not suit you.

Product Status

The product must imperatively be unworn and returned in its original packaging (kraft pouch with barcode).

Return fees

The return of goods is at your expense, whether for a refund or an exchange.

Procedure

You can make a return request directly on your customer area or if you encounter any problems, send us an email at hello@craiestudio.com.

Once your request has been validated, all you have to do is print the return form and attach it to the package and send the package back to us at the following address:

Refund

Upon receipt of your return, our logistics reserve a period of 14 days to check the goods. The refund of the product only (excluding delivery costs) will be made by following directly via your initial method of payment.

Exchange

We advocate reasoned production, in order to avoid any overproduction and waste. As a result, all our collections are offered in limited editions, with stocks that vary every day. Unfortunately, this does not allow us to block any product in order to make a standard exchange.

 

It is for this reason that for exchanges, we invite you to return your item by making a return request and to reorder on our site craiestudio.com.

 

However, in order not to make you pay shipping costs again, we will offer you the shipping costs on your new order using a promotional code which will be communicated to you by e-mail.
