Re-Craie ♻️ is a project that has been close to our hearts for a long time: to give a second life to the leather scraps from our production.
Here is our first collection of leather rugs, rug 4 is made of natural vegetable tanned lambskin, without any dye, it is beige-pink and will patina in the light, to take on a pretty caramel color. It is decorated with pixie dark green diamonds.
Each piece is unique, handmade by cooperatives of isolated women, using the traditional Berber technique of Boucherouite. A true work of art, this rug is made up of more than 25,000 pieces of hand-knotted leather, it requires a hundred hours of weaving.
