Polka Dot Tapis in Black

Re-Craie ♻️ is a project that has been close to our hearts for a long time: to give a second life to the leather scraps from our production.
Here is our first collection of leather rugs, rug 33 is made of natural vegetable tanned lambskin, without any dye, it is beige-pink and will patina in the light, to take on a pretty caramel color. It is decorated with black leather polka dots.
Each piece is unique, handmade by cooperatives of isolated women, using the traditional Berber technique of Boucherouite. A true work of art, this rug is made up of more than 25,000 pieces of hand-knotted leather, it requires a hundred hours of weaving.
